How can I disable exiting octave by hitting the delete button?

Hi,

I guess this is a "feature"  rather than a bug.

Most of the times when I delete a full line in Octave command window (by holding the delete button or repeatedly hitting it), if I hit the delete button one time to much the octave exits.

Can I disable this "feature"?

Sounds like a bug to me. Anyway, you can delete the rest of the line from the current cursor position using CTRL-K
