Octave Coder 1.5.0 released

Hi all,

A new version (1.5.0) of Octave Coder [1] has been released.

Much of the changes are related to compatibility with Octave 6.1.0.

Contrary to previous releases there is just one tar.gz file that can
be used for installation of Coder on different Octave versions.
