Ed,

Andy Adler, CC'ed on this e-mail, started work on the conversion of gsvd
during OctConf 2012.  I think he is about 75% done.  No one, however, has
claimed condeigs.

Go for it!

Hi,  I'm about 80% finished (bug fixes for special cases). I'll work
on it more when I get back from vacation (2 wks). If you want to do
it, I can explain what I did. --andy
