Resigning as maintainer of financial package

Parsiad Azimzadeh
I have not found much time to meaningfully contribute to the financial package lately. As such, I would like to allow someone else a chance to take the role of maintainer, hoping that the project can thrive under someone else's stewardship.

Thank you, everyone, for being welcoming and allowing me to contribute to the project.

Hey Parsiad!

I've been following the octave maintainers list for a couple of weeks looking for something I could help out with.  I'd be interested in taking over the package at least temporarily.

Thank you,

Charles Greenman

Dear Parsiad,

thanks for doing this work for many years. Maybe you can help in
reviewing the first submitted code of new contributors?

Dear Charles and maybe other contributors,

the way to contribute is to first submit some code for reviewing. This
should be done by posting one ore more new changesets to our patch
tracker and announcing this at the maintainers mailing list.

Olaf

PS: Our email style, especially among developers, is bottom posting or
interleaved posting.

Olaf: I'd be happy to code review

Charles: This bug would be great place to start: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56829
