SUMMARY: memory exhausted messages

I received two replies to the effect that Octave has no built-in limit
and recommending the Unix command ulimit.  There is no /usr/bin/ulimit
in HP-UX 10.00.  HP support recommended upping maxdsiz as the safest
route.
