[octave forge] windows pkg 0.5.0 released

John Donoghue-3
A new version of the windows package has been uploaded to octave-forge
website [1]

Changes in this release are:

 *   bugfix for return of empty value for a null dispatch type
 *   add override methods function
 *   allow no arg function access without requiring use of ().
 *   added package documentation

I suppose it's 1.5.0 rather than 0.5.0 (as it also said in the release
tracker) :-)
