package database-2.4.1 released

A new release of the database package, version 2.4.1, is available.

This is a bug fix release, necessary because in the previous release
2.4.0, function 'var2bytea' stored wrong type information if called
with several arguments of different type, making the data
un-recoverable.

Note: It seems necessary to refresh the browser cache by reloading the
page if starting the package download from a browser; likewise for
