The font sizes of the elements you are referring to are not explicitly
set in Octave. I therefore guess that you have configured some global
options for Qt. Do you have other Qt-Applications installed, like, e.g.,
Texstudio?

Some remarks for future requests. Please, provide some more details
about the issue (which fonts?) and explain what is provided by the link.
No one is really keen on clicking links with completely unknown
contents.
